# Risk & Disclosure

### 13.1 Neutrality Disclosure

FLASH's neutrality is engineered in three layers.

<table data-card-size="large" data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-scale-balanced" style="color:$primary;">:scale-balanced:</i></h4></td><td><strong>No sentiment on politics</strong></td><td>Politics and geopolitics news carry no sentiment. The machinery for producing it does not exist on that track.</td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-ban" style="color:$primary;">:ban:</i></h4></td><td><strong>No sponsored content</strong></td><td>Promotional material and sponsored content are never published.</td></tr></tbody></table>

### 13.2 Content and Copyright

Every FLASH story is an original work, synthesized and rewritten from multiple reports of the same event. Original articles are not stored, and every card carries a link to an original article and credit to the outlet that first reported the event.

whyItMatters is the only field that carries narrative reasoning, and it is always delivered as a separate field.

### 13.10 Risk Factors

The Team warns purchasers of various types of risk, including the potential for losses equivalent to the purchase price of $FL. The accuracy of the risk and uncertainty information below is not guaranteed. Purchasers are considered to have acknowledged and accepted the risk that $FL is bought and held without any form of guarantee.

<details>

<summary>Token value risk</summary>

The value of $FL can fluctuate, and no return is guaranteed. Material losses up to the purchase amount can occur.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Blockchain risk</summary>

Transactions may be delayed or invalidated by blockchain congestion. The smart contracts responsible for issuing and distributing $FL, and the underlying blockchain protocol, may contain weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and various bugs may occur, including bugs that cause loss of tokens. Such blockchain issues may cause material damage to the Team and to $FL purchasers.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Security risk</summary>

Blockchains are exposed to attacks such as double-spending and 51% attacks. Hackers or other malicious groups may attack the Team or $FL by such methods, and a successful attack could materially affect $FL transactions and the token itself.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Personal information and wallet risk</summary>

Personal information may be required for the distribution and control of $FL in a purchaser's electronic wallet. If personal information leaks, $FL in the wallet may be exposed or stolen by third parties. Using an electronic wallet that is not technically compatible with $FL may make purchased tokens inaccessible.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Service risk</summary>

FLASH judgments are automated analysis and can contain errors. Technical failures may temporarily interrupt the service.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Regulatory risk</summary>

Digital asset regulation differs by jurisdiction and can change.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Roadmap risk</summary>

FLASH is still under development, and the Team strives to develop and maintain FLASH as written in this white paper. Details may change for reasons including changes in legal, design, technical, and administrative regulation, and planned roadmap items may be delayed or changed.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Force majeure risk</summary>

The Team is exempt from liability for damage to $FL value, loss, or liquidity caused by force majeure factors, including changes in regulatory frameworks, required licenses, or taxation policies, the emergence of platforms or open source that negatively affect the Team or $FL, market disinterest, and other similar circumstances.
